After the holidays, I always take a couple of weeks off from painting. I tend to paint all the time when I am at home, so it is nice to take a bit of a break to kind of re-group. I am always so excited to get back to it. I have been working on a couple of 2-D pieces on canvas (still a work in progress), and I have been busy with small pieces: knobs, magnets, salt and peps- just to get me warmed up. Then, on to the big stuff!

Ooooo, canvas paintings! But wait, is that camo I see???
I know- it looks like camo to me too- and I HATE CAMO! But for some reason, I like this version. Hope to make it to your opening Werner, "break a leg!"
