Free Muffins and Coffee!

Back to work at the Gallery today. I have made my "award winning" pumpkin apple spice muffins. I am very proud of this recipe- it is an original one that came in 1st place at the Pumpkin Fest a couple of years ago. I even made a few without the streusel topping in case my friend that doesn't eat dairy stops in today. These are dairy-free, except for the topping which does have butter in it. Really great with a cup -a- joe!
